Being part of a statewide library consortium that is migrating from a decades-long ILS system to the Alma/Primo VE Library Services Platform, our library, and many others from Ohio, have been inundated with training resources. From Ex Libris documents to video presentations, to local and state-wide workshops, the amount of information provided and available has sometimes seemed overwhelming. In this presentation, I will offer an example of how Miami University Libraries has found means to navigate through all the training resources available and created a way to make going through such resources manageable. Miami University Libraries has a modest staff of catalogers, acquisitions and electronic resource librarians, systems librarians, and circulation staff. This presentation will demonstrate how we have arranged material and training to not overwhelm anyone but rather take what exists and organize it all into manageable components.
