Inspired by the use of booking for our audiovisual equipment collection, Lauinger Library's six digital media editing studios were added to our booking configuration for the 2024-2025 academic year. This session will address how our equipment experiences informed the room reservation configuration, the new issues we had to consider for these hour-based bookings, what we've changed since we started, and whether we'll continue using room booking beyond this trial period.
