In 2023, Grinnell Libraries made the choice to switch to Alma Digital from Islandora. With the Humanities and Digital Scholarship Librarian going on leave and the Digital Library Applications Developer having to learn Alma from scratch, there would be much work to do. The Digital Grinnell collections were converted from MODS to Dublin Core Terms, and with the help of the premium Sandbox, the migration was underway.
