Session Information

In December 2024, the PALS Office began scoping and creating Alma Analytics analysis and dashboard reports to use with our new Optimization services. These reports looked at Alma (and add-on product) usage. They also gave a picture of the data within Alma. Hear about the initial things we wanted to review and how our vision changed as we started interacting with our libraries for these services.
