This session presents research-based strategies for implementing and managing Alma’s Network Zone (NZ), a collaborative platform for resource sharing. It explores common challenges such as record control, governance, and cross-institutional communication, using multi-consortia case studies to highlight best practices for onboarding and sustaining NZ participation. Designed for both newcomers and established institutions, this session equips participants with proven methods to reduce implementation complexity and foster effective consortium partnerships.
