Attendees will learn how to benefit from the Central Configuration Dashboard and what innovative features will come next (e.g. the Birds View for better decision-making; and the Support for Service Provider to enhance support for members of a Consortia). The session will also cover new analytics tools for Consortia, including the Cost Per Use report and the Physical Books Titles Network View, and updates to the Collection Resource Editor for broader resource access. By the end, participants will understand how to leverage these tools for effective consortium management and strategic growth.
