Originally presented at ELUNA in 2019, East Tennessee State University's automated book widget project continues to evolve, providing a scalable solution for book discovery. This session revisits the original project-leveraging Alma Analytics to automate book displays-and explores enhancements made since its inception, including data retrieval, cover image processing, and subject tagging. In addition to the technical aspects, we will review user engagement, examining feedback, usage trends, and the overall impact on book discovery.
