Back to Schedule Check-inYou can join session 5 minutes before start time.

Session Information

In order maximize the valuable physical space, there is often a desire by the libraries to deselect (weed) items which are not needed or used.

The identification of the items to deselect can be done on two levels:

1. Does it also exist in electronic format?

2. What is the physical item usage? Has it been loaned in the last X years?

During this session we will look at how these records can be easily retrieved.

We will look at ready-to-use "out of the box" reports which can be customized locally.
