20250619T1115 20250619T1200 America/New_York Finding Bad Data Using Data Visualization

No matter how hard we try, we all have data inaccuracies in our catalogs. Whether it's due to a change in cataloging practices, importing poor records from outside sources, or location discrepancies, we're always fighting to make our items discoverable by patrons. This presentation focuses on functionality within Data Visualization to discover data outliers or mismatches to external data and the intricacies of building a workbook that tracks the progress of data fix projects. It concludes with a look at a project at GMU to roll back erroneous location changes using an uploaded snapshot report.
