We have formed a new Ex Libris Documentation Advisory Group to provide guidance and recommendations for improving Ex Libris product documentation. This group will play a critical role in ensuring that documentation is accurate, complete, clear, current, relevant, and easy to find, benefiting the entire Ex Libris user community. This advisory group works closely with the Support Advisory Group to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate team. Additionally, as product documentation roadmaps are developed with Ex Libris and senior managers, we will collaborate with product working groups to ensure both content accuracy and consistency across products. This session is open to all attendees, and it will outline the group structure, its membership, what it is doing to address documentation, how it is working with Clarivate/Ex Libris to do so, and the work it has accomplished so far. We encourage individuals who are passionate about clear, accessible, and user-friendly documentation to attend and provide feedback. Whether you have experience in technical writing, product implementation, or Ex Libris systems, your insights will help shape the future of documentation for the entire user community.
