In this session, Ex Libris (Clarivate) will showcase the collaborative efforts with Content Providers to ensure that end users (shared customers) receive the expected content in Ex Libris Knowledgebases promptly and accurately. We will review the current workflow that Content Providers use to inform vendors (like Ex Libris) about the need to add new collections. Additionally, we will discuss three initiatives launched by Ex Libris in 2024 aimed at enhancing providers' visibility into their content as seen by customers and accelerating the creation of new collections from weeks to just a few days.
