The Data Visualization tool provides Alma libraries with a range of new functionalities to improve and expand their reporting. For experienced Analytics users, however, it can be difficult to decide which tool best supports their needs – what unique processes does Data Visualization offer, how can it extend Analytics' functionalities, and what unexpected problems might a user encounter? This presentation digs into these questions, examining some of the more technical aspects of Data Visualization and how they can broaden a library's reporting options.
