To provide solutions institutions and users can trust, we at Clarivate always seek new ways to increase our collaboration with the research community. Librarians and researchers at partner institutions guided the development of the Web of Science Research Assistant, a generative AI-powered tool that enhances research efficiency. Far more than a chatbot, the assistant offers task-based guided walkthroughs, dynamic visualizations, and contextual prompts that help users get more out of their interactions with over a century of curated data. In 2025, we are expanding our collaboration through the new Web of Science Community Forum. Inspired by the success and value of ELUNA, the Web of Science Community Forum empowers library professionals worldwide to help shape the Web of Science vision and network with peers. Through continued collaboration, we remain focused on solving the most pertinent research challenges in a way that instills trust.
