In 2016, OneCard was launched as a strategic partnership between the Butte County Public Library and the Meriam Library at California State University, Chico. OneCard is a program that allows Chico State patrons to use their campus ID cards to access the public library's e-resources. This presentation will introduce the integration and implementation process for OneCard, covering everything from extracting user records using Alma Analytics, configuring the SFTP connection between Chico's instance of Alma and Butte County Library's ILS, and creating the Alma Analytics Object to automate delivery. The files are processed daily in Alma and sent weekly to Butte County. As this is an ongoing integration, we will also discuss how we address issues as they arise. Over the years, we have improved and simplified the process, and we will highlight the key enhancements that have streamlined the project.
