Session Information

Have you been told your user letters are rude? San Francisco State has! After receiving that feedback, we made it a priority to update our messages to be more approachable to all students, staff, faculty, and community members. Over the past year we examined the problematic language and format, created less punitive messaging, and made changes to both the letter labels and XSL. Join us as we demonstrate our process and letter customizations.
