The first part will focus on general customizations made to staff-facing letters, while the second part will focus on accessibility improvements made to patron-facing letters. Examples of staff-facing customizations will include increasing readability (specifying who the item is for, highlighting key information, and formatting addresses), and manipulating library logos, headers, and footers. Examples of patron-facing customizations will include style changes, updated templates, and instructions for how to make the letter fit your library while all passing ADA guidelines.
