We've all had to participate in various staff development activities at our institution. The activities could have very generic goals. Others could have highlighted specific DEIA focuses. This sharing roundtable will focus on those designed to improve team communication and interpersonal relationships. As we all know, most teams are not comprised of the same personality types, work styles, communication styles, and more. Plus, everyone is different. Come ready to share one team-building exercise you have experienced at work - or anywhere you must work as a team. We want to hear about your most memorable, beloved, hated, and valuable experiences and your reasons for declaring them so! We might even let you share up to three. However, we will try to let everyone share at least one in our 45 minutes!
