Alma analytics is a powerful tool that enables deeper insight into the library's collection. However, getting started for many librarians and staff can be a daunting task. This session focuses on how metadata librarians at The University of Western Ontario have used analytics objects and dashboards to speed up traditional workflows for metadata and cataloging. Learn how we have used Alma analytics to facilitate the faster cleanup of problematic bibliographic and holding records inside of both Alma's institution and network zones. These analytics can be shared with library staff, even those without knowledge or permissions to use the tool on their own. This session will highlight the creation and sharing of dashboards with library staff that are easy to use, customizable, interactive, and specific to individual cleanup tasks.
