Since 2018, the University of Kentucky Libraries has been utilizing Alma license terms to make electronic resource license information available for unit workflows. The Electronic Resources unit and the Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery unit continue to collaborate in this endeavor, ensuring clarity and understanding of our licenses is communicated in these displays. Recently, there has been a focus on Title II compliance changes, and both unit heads are working to ensure that accessibility will be prioritized within our licenses and practices. In this presentation, the heads of Electronic Resources and Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery will discuss the steps taken to set up the license terms in Alma, methods for analyzing licenses that need remediation, and plans we are undertaking to ensure the new accessibility prioritizations are shared in these terms.
