When this proposal was written, the U.S. federal government was rolling back policies and regulations to target DEI activities in an attempt to reverse advancements. Much of the present moment is evolving, and we cannot even envision where we might be by the ELUNA conference in June. But we know that while our processes may change, growth and forward movement remain. Making connections, building allyship, and identifying productive responses help strengthen our abilities to continue our work and create positive impacts.
